Oluseun Abimbola SAN FCArb is the Senior Partner of the firm, Prime Solicitors. His areas of expertise are Litigation, Telecommunications Law, ADR, Appellate practice, Commercial law, & Intellectual Property.

His other areas he regularly advises on are Banking, Corporate and Project Finance. An Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, An Internationally accredited Mediator with CEDR (UK) with vast experience mediating commercial disputes, he sits as a Neutral and Faculty Member of the Multi Door Court houses in Lagos and Oyo states Ibadan. Former Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Oyo State (2016-2019) and past Chairman of the N.B.A Section on Legal Practice. He was conferred with the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (Queen’s Counsel in the UK) in the year 2020 in recognition of his quality as an advocate.
