NANCY OBINWA

Mrs. Obinwa has over twenty years’ experience and proven knowledge in  advocacy and litigation. Her practice spans Family Law, Human Rights,  Corporate and Commercial Law.

She is a skilled mediator and arbitrator and has a keen interest in supporting gender rights and advancing legal protection  for children and vulnerable members of the society. She has successfully championed numerous gender and child rights campaigns, engaging with the relevant stakeholders to foster change. She is a member of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Nigeria which aims to preserve the rights of women and children serving the association in varying capacities.

She is an alumna of University of Nigeria (LL.B Hons 1998) and University of London (LL.M, Commercial and Corporate Law 2011). She’s happily married with children.
